Sandy Sallettes had my house under contract in less than 24 hours. She listed it on a Monday night, arranged 4 showings on Tuesday and we had an offer by Tuesday afternoon, over asking price! Even in a "hot" area that was way above expectations. She took beautiful pictures for the listing. She is always in contact, and willing to work with my schedule.
