Seller reviewTrying to sell my parents home in FL when I live in TX was not easy. The house had been on the market for 60 days when I switched agents and went with Sandy. Sandy was kind and understanding of my concerns and she immediately took hold and aggressively worked to sell. The description of the home was written like someone who lived in and loved that condo, which my parents did. She was helpful with letting workers in that needed to do some repairs, took pictures of the work and sent to me. She kept me well informed and guided me along the way. Overall, Sandy made me feel like a friend. If someone is buying or selling in Sun City Center, her Sandy. You won't be disappointed.

Buyer reviewI picked Sandy Tams from the Realtor.com web site when researching homes in Sun City Center. After meeting with her on our first trip to Florida, we were very pleased and happy with her friendliness and knowledge of the area. She really understood our desire to get an overview of Sun City, and then to maybe purchase a home in the future. When we made a serious commitment to come here, she showed us more homes, and we picked one on our first day of seriously looking. She was very quick to understand the kind of home we wanted. She also negotiated a warranty insurance policy for the appliances, and mechanicals of our new home. Sandy also made the house available for 2 inspections at our request. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Sandy was so helpful and very accessible for all of my many questions! She also was very understanding of the limitations of my husband, who has Parkinson's disease. She was very helpful to Dick when using the car, and in looking at houses. Thank you, Sandy, for helping us to find the perfect home!

Seller reviewIn October 2013 we began working with Sandy Tams to find this home. We were referred by our real estate agent in Mass. We came here for 2 weeks with a long list of houses to see and Sandy did a great job in showing the houses and making suggestions when we asked her opinion. We had wanted to get a house with a pool but at the time they were not within our budget. We loved the home we bought, but wanted that pool and get at least 3 bedrooms. We turned to Sandy once again, who helped us immensely choose the right home, so naturally we chose her to sell this present home. She was excellent! We already had referred her to people on our street and she was able to sell their home in days. It took her only 10 days to get a contract for this home and at a price we were never thinking we could get. We will continue to recommend her to any one buying or selling a home. She is very knowledgeable when in came to what to look for in an up dated home, i.e. electric and plumbing as well as how updated pools are or if they will need a lot of work once we purchase a place.
