Buyer reviewThe most determining factor is that Santiago was polite and patient. He also was clearly out for our best interests. Unlike other realtors who we had in the past he had contacts for everything and was there when they were needed, and didn't push when we wanted to go a different way or had someone else. Santiago was helping us, and didn't push us to use his references unlike agents before.

Buyer reviewSantiago was the best agent I worked with in a years time. I couldn't of asked for a better realtor. I had went through many bad agents who did not listen to my needs or wants. He was very helpful and I did not feel I was a bother with my low budget. I relayed I needed to find a house ASAP and he showed me five and three of the five were contenders. With in 3-5 day's we had an offer in and accepted before the week was up.
