She always handled everything professionally with a friendly smile, positive attitude and in a timely manner. She previously helped me buy, as well as recently sell my fathers house, so choosing her to sell my townhouse was an easy decision! Her years of experience in the Myrtle Beach area and her local connections are extensive and invaluable. Sara is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and follows up on any issues that may arise - and we had a few (on buyers side). She dealt with them and made me feel reassured- always quick to respond with a call or text.
