Seller reviewSara Hamilton worked endlessly to help complete the sale of our family's homestead. Throughout the many roadblocks that occurred, Sara always stayed positive and had additional knowledge and helpful suggestions for our next steps in the process. Day or night, weekday or weekend, Sara was always available to answer questions or provide us with updates. She made a very difficult process go smoothly. Having worked with Sara first as a buyer's agent (a year ago) and this time as a seller's agent, I would 100% recommend her to anyone!

Seller reviewSara was fantastic, a real go getter! She contacted me frequently and smoothed the way for seamless transition. Sara had an offer in writing in just one day. And it was $5000 over asking price. Within 3 days she had two additional offers, also $5000 over asking price.

Seller reviewSara was awesome. I can't imagaine going through this process with anyone else. She kept us motivated in getting our house ready to list and made great decisions on how to list and for how much. Our house was listed on a Thursday night and by Tuesday we had nine offers to chose from! She helped us navagate the offers and ultimately negotiated with seller realtors to get us the best deal! 10/10 would recommended Sara and would definitely work with her again in the future.
