Sara OLeary of CENTURY 21 Affiliated

Just like any other real estate transactions there were several "Wrenches" thrown in by the buyer and the other realtor. We just called Sara and told her we didn't have time to deal with it. Sara went in like "The Duke of Wellington" at the Battle of Waterloo and sent the problems packing like Napoleon riding Marengo in his last defeat!! Your firm needs to realize the difference between the new realtors that rely on technology and computers and search engines and make the customer feel like they are paying a huge commission for no reason Versus realtors like Sara who reminds me of my realtor for 15 years that retired. Realtors like Sara understand what it takes to be successful and aren't afraid to roll their sleeves up and get dirty. This quality is much appreciated by people that have spent their lives working our asses off to build a company, which is the only reason I am wasting my time filling out this survey, Sara earned it and she has the work ethic that is a dying breed in our society. Not really sure we had any interaction with anyone but Sara, which was perfect Sara is the opposite of a Millennial Sara will be our realtor of choice until all our properties are sold, she actually listened and cared about more than just the commission. I am not sure about all the above selections in this survey, but did not want to give her anything less than excellent We talked with several realtors over the past year to find someone who would deal with mine and my partners extremely busy Schedule. Sara was the only realtor (out of approx. 25) that grabbed the bull by the horns and got the ball rolling even before we hired her, we signed papers shortly after meeting her and she had 2 of our properties sold and the other 2 listed, she has been great to work with!!!

We stopped at an open house Sara was conducting and began asking a few questions in regard to real estate sales. She and I connected immediately and discussed putting our home up for sale. Not only did she provide us with information on pricing our home she did so in such a professional manner. When it came time to purchase, she went above and beyond when we challenged her with unusual circumstances and provided all of the information we needed to successfully navigate the purchase of our condo. She is a real gem and I have recommended her many times over since we met. We can't thank you enough, Sara!
