Buyer reviewLOVE these guys! Ric, Ashlee and Sarah all have unique areas of expertise that blend together seamlessly to make them an amazing team. Extremely knowledgeable about the area, well-connected in the community and acutely aware of market trends. These guys know what it takes to help their clients find the perfect home in a very un-perfect housing market. Their patience never wavered during the long months we spent looking for our dream house, and we never felt rushed or pressured at all to jump into something that didn't fit our wants and needs. Their optimism never wavered, and in fact buoyed our spirits multiple times when it felt like we'd never find our home. But....WE DID!!!! Could not be happier with the Smith team. Love them to death.
