Seller reviewFirst-time home buyers and sellers here! I'll be honest. Both were daunting tasks. We had no idea what we were doing. We are so glad we chose Smith Team! They guided us through the process of buying our home and selling that same home 5 years later. We appreciated their patience, kindness, sense of humor, and above all professionalism! They really went to work for us when we decided to sell and ended up closing months before we thought we would (which was great, considering the pandemic). The paperwork was all digital, received in a timely manner, and explained in simple terms (as we were novices). We honestly wouldn't have wanted to go elsewhere for buying and selling our home. Love these guys. Can't recommend highly enough!
