Buyer reviewSarah, Ashley and Ric thank you for all you did for us. Sarah you knew what we were looking for and what we were not looking for. I think what stood out the most is the one listing we went back and looked at several times and with your HONEST feedback helped us make the right decision and pass on that listing. That actually helped us learn about the area of the lake that we wanted to be at as well. She and Ashley gave up their Saturday's to meet with us and show us listings. Can not say thank you enough. The Smith team helped us navigate through some of the County ordinances that effected us as well. I would strongly recommend Sarah and the Smith team as they were more interested in what was important to us and what we wanted then to find then making a sale.
