I am ready to listen and go to work to achieve your real estate goals! I assist both buyers and sellers within Snohomish County and the greater Puget Sound. I am a designated Fine Homes and Estate broker. When working with clients, I will proactively work to go above and beyond your expectations. I utilize the many resources within the Century 21 brand and my knowledge of the area to help navigate, collaborate and negotiate. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Use Planning and continue my education each year to keep current with all real estate trends. I love what I do. I am most proud of the Century 21 quality service pinnacle awards presented to me for my service to my clients. I contribute a portion of every transaction to Washington State Easterseals, Cash for Kids program. In my spare time I can often be found gardening, taking photographs and playing with my Red Labrador. I am a member of the Snohomish Garden Club, Habitat for Humanity, Village Theater, Seattle Symphony, Liberty Road Foundation, and Arbor Day Foundation. The time spent with my family is always cherished. From the beaches to the ridge tops I look forward to creating a memory to share about our great Pacific Northwest.

Sarah helped us buy our first house! She taught us so much about the entire process, instilled confidence, and helped us think about our decisions from each angle. She was a pro when it came to negotiating and turned each setback (as there always are when finding and buying a house) into a valuable learning experience. She was outstandingly professional and super easy to work with. If we had chosen someone else to work with we would probably still be looking. She went above and beyond our expectations. Anytime anything was needed or we had any questions she was very fast to respond and get us the answer we needed. She was always flexible with our schedules being as my wife and i were on opposite schedules. She walked us through everything and explained things in detail instead of just telling us what to do. Her honesty and frankness was welcome and very appreciated. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Working with Sarah has made the entire process smooth and far less stressful. She's been very communicative and responsive. She quickly understood what we were looking for, never showed us anything we couldn't afford and was very patient with us. She even drove to some far out locations for us. We enjoyed working with her greatly. We had a septic issue come up with our home and she had a good recommendation to fix it and really saved the day for both us and the seller.

Over those two years, she toured houses both with us and on our behalf, and we slowly honed down our requirements for a dream property. When we finally found our home, Sarah's experience and reputation 100% helped us win the offer, over two other identical bids.
