I am ready to listen and go to work to achieve your real estate goals! I assist both buyers and sellers within Snohomish County and the greater Puget Sound. I am a designated Fine Homes and Estate broker. When working with clients, I will proactively work to go above and beyond your expectations. I utilize the many resources within the Century 21 brand and my knowledge of the area to help navigate, collaborate and negotiate. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Land Use Planning and continue my education each year to keep current with all real estate trends. I love what I do. I am most proud of the Century 21 quality service pinnacle awards presented to me for my service to my clients. I contribute a portion of every transaction to Washington State Easterseals, Cash for Kids program. In my spare time I can often be found gardening, taking photographs and playing with my Red Labrador. I am a member of the Snohomish Garden Club, Habitat for Humanity, Village Theater, Seattle Symphony, Liberty Road Foundation, and Arbor Day Foundation. The time spent with my family is always cherished. From the beaches to the ridge tops I look forward to creating a memory to share about our great Pacific Northwest.

Buyer reviewSarah was always early to our appointments and greeted us with a friendly smile. Her knowledge of things that I would not even think about surprised me ie: telling us we could have the well water tested since I was not familiar with a well and was a little apprehensive of a well or the length of time for commuting to work. Sarah drove us around the neighborhood where we were thinking of purchasing our home. Even though she did not need to be at the signing of the closing papers, Sarah was there giving us a sense of caring. Sarah had some treats and water and other things to drink in her car when we went to view homes......who does that? Sarah is very detailed oriented and takes pride in her work, very professional and knowledgeable. Sarah always touched bases with us and sent us emails of homes for us to look at to make appointments if we wanted to see them in person. I would definitely recommend Sarah Gravelle to my friends and family
