Seller reviewWorking with Sarah gave me a profound appreciation and truly deepend my respect for everything a realtor is and does. My situation was complex and initially overwhelming but Sarah made the entire process seem easy and effortless. She took all the stress of organizing, marketing, arranging upkeep & maintainance, negotiations, and even more off my shoulders and handled everything better than I could've imagined (or done myself). There was so much I didnt know or understand but Sarah took her time to explain each step and answer every question thoroughly, in a refreshingly comprehensive way. Never once made me feel stupid or like a bother, instead she encouraged my understanding and welcomed any concerns my anxious brain could throw her way. For that alone she was wonderful to work with but she also did a phenomenal job with the property sale! Even my lawyer was impressed. Her knowledge, skill, and client flexibility are beyond impressive and make her a dream realtor to have on your side!
