Buyer reviewI knew and trusted Sarah before choosing a broker. Sarah was very helpful any time we had questions or concerns. She was always available evenings and weekends if I had anything I needed to discuss about the purchase of our new home. We only looked at two houses, but we were so glad we chose Sarah as our broker. We knew we could trust her to give us the best advice and overall experience. She helped us address all concerns and was always there for anything we needed. She was even reachable while on vacation with her family!

Buyer reviewSarah Hoefer was more than accommodating throughout the entire process, she came to our closing even though it was in Syracuse. She always made herself available and stayed in contact daily with my fiancé and myself. She explained the entire process in detail and was patient when I was learning through out it all. I am 21 years old and the home buying process is hard for everyone, especially a young adult. My anxiety was through the roof on a daily basis and Sarah was so incredibly understanding. I am so happy that I chose Sarah as our realtor, she was referred to me by a family member. I was so nervous to pick a realtor because I wanted someone who would be considerate and patient with all my questions. I will be using Sarah for any and all housing sales/purchases in the future. I was the farthest thing from an easy client and Sarah dealt with my anxiety so well. When I was stressed she would take care of everything with no hesitation. She never once showed that she was annoyed or losing patience. She was a miracle worker.
