Sarah was referred to me by a friend. I knew that he had just bought a house, so I asked him who he used. Sarah was very informative in aspects of the process that I was not familiar with. I believe that without Sarah's help and concern, the whole process would have been a lot less pleasant, and definitely more stressful. I know that Sarah will be a leader in this business, and will be around for many years, actually I am counting on her selling this house, in ten-fifteen years when I am ready to move.

I can't praise Sarah Lyons highly enough. We had already moved to another state and she did an excellent job of keeping us in the loop on the results of showings and open houses. Our property needed cosmetic work and we had three buyers sign a contract and then back out. Sarah hung in there and the forth contract resulted in a sale for 10% ABOVE our asking price. GREAT JOB, Sarah!
