Seller reviewSelling my house was more of an experience than I had anticipated. The inspection revealed many projects that made it difficult to sell. Sarah never got discouraged and did so much behind the scenes to make the sale a success. I'm grateful to Sarah for helping me manage the, what felt like at times, overwhelming process of selling a "project" home.

Seller reviewI had a very unusual situation with trying to sell my mothers home after her passing. She worked with me for close to a year before we had all our ducks in a row to actually be able to put the house on the market. She was so patient, checked in with me every few months, and then when the real work started she got Heidi at the title company involved, who was a godsend! It would have been easy for them to give up and say its not worth my time, but they didn't even consider that. I am so thankful for such a strong group of intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable, women to help me through the process. The house sold in 3 weeks, and we got more than I had originally though I would. I will hands down use Sarah again when I am in need of a realtor!
