Buyer reviewBased on the great reviews and number of closings Sarah had, I knew she had the experience we wanted to negotiate the best deal on our home. We looked at many houses over several months, and Sarah was very patient with us. We had a lot of boxes to check and we appreciated her understanding that we needed to find just the right house to fit our needs, which was a challenge in this market!

Seller reviewI had a very unusual situation with trying to sell my mothers home after her passing. She worked with me for close to a year before we had all our ducks in a row to actually be able to put the house on the market. She was so patient, checked in with me every few months, and then when the real work started she got Heidi at the title company involved, who was a godsend! It would have been easy for them to give up and say its not worth my time, but they didn't even consider that. I am so thankful for such a strong group of intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable, women to help me through the process. The house sold in 3 weeks, and we got more than I had originally though I would. I will hands down use Sarah again when I am in need of a realtor!

Sarah helped us navigate this volatile market with skill and patience. She is a fast communicator and really knows how to close a deal. She always had our best interests in mind and made sure we didn't offer over what we should - even as we were antsy to settle down. She is knowledgeable in all areas of the home buying process and is a genuinely kind person. Throughout all of our showings with her, she offered helpful insights and was never pushy.
