We used Sally Mazzella to Sell our first house and then buy a much better home. She was outstanding. We spoke with Sally at an open house she was hosting and then met with her at our home. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned that our house would be tough to sell but Sally made the process incredibly easy. After the sale, Sally showed us many homes, always let us know us the good and also the bad of each property. She proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of home construction and the local market. Every time we viewed a property Sally would inspected, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finish, appliances, etc. After a few days Sally helps us find a awesome house in the same town.
