Sarah Mehrab had helped us find our home 6 years ago and had kept in contact with us thru the years and took an interest in what we had done to update the house. There was no question on we who wanted to handle the sale of our house. We contacted her before we had the house ready to list so she would know it was coming on the market soon and asked her what we needed to do. When our home was ready for listing Sarah Mehrab met with us at our home and had comparable listings in area that had sold which helped us decide our listing price. We felt we did not need an additional appraisal with her knowledge of the area prices and the comparable listings she had. We had several showings the day after our house was listed on the internet with the photos that Sarah took. We had 6 showings in 4 days and had 4 full offers with the purchaser offering more than asking price without a bidding war. Purchaser is out of state and had family members attend the showing with their realtor. Our seasonal home sold above any other homes in our park or area. We were able to close in three weeks since buying another home. Sarah helped us with the closing and suggested having the money held by the title company until we could wire money directly for our closing on our new house since we bank out of state and that was really helpful. Our new home was a private sale from relative but Sarah Mehrab was willing to answer any questions we had. Sarah Mehrab was always helpful when we had any question. Her knowledge of workers in the area helped us with inspections. She was always interested in any knowledge we could also share with her from our work on our house etc.

During the course of the listing process, I learned just how dedicated Sarah is to meeting her client's goals and committed to ensuring that she would do everything necessary to make certain that the sale would be completed. Sarah kept us informed of every showing and all communications she had with brokers showing the property. We were out of state sellers and had no one local to meet with the Buyer's inspectors. Sarah gladly volunteered to meet all professionals necessary to conduct home inspections. When it became clear that some repairs would be required, Sarah arranged meetings with SEVERAL contractors from their respective fields in order to get multiple proposals for the work that needed to be completed. When the trade professionals needed to gain access to the house, she coordinated with them to let them in. When they were finished for the day she would make sure the house was secure and sent us photos and videos of the progress of the repairs.

We had talked to a couple different agents but they never got back to us or seemed I retested in working with us. Sarah was great. We had particular things we were looking for. She was very responsive to our needs was never pushy. Worked with our schedule. We looked at over 20 homes and she was very patient. We found our forever home but will recommend her to all our friends. She always made sure our needs were taken care of. Always on our side. Sarah is GREAT
