From listing to the closing Sarah was always there.When our home went under contract she found us a place to rent while our new home is being built and recommended a wonderful hard working moving company to move us out into an apartment and putting a lot of possessions into storage. Because our buyers were VA, we had dates move a couple of times but Sarah was always there to keep the bases covered! thanks again Sarah!

She understood her market and was a consummate professional. She priced the home right on the money, she did not require me to spend a lot of money getting the home ready and sold it as is.
