She understood her market and was a consummate professional. She priced the home right on the money, she did not require me to spend a lot of money getting the home ready and sold it as is. It sold the first day it was on the market with two offers and another one the way, it doesn't get any better than that. That you Sarah for helping me move into the next phase of my life.
