Buyer reviewWe chose Scarlett based on her listings and prior sales in the communities we were interested and a phone interview. When I first talked to Scarlett I told her that this may be a year or two long process in looking for a condo in Florida as we were not local. This did not deter Scarlett from taking us on as a client and she treated us as her #1 client from the beginning showing us exactly what we wanted to see and offering helpful suggestions. Her knowledge of the communities made our decision that much easier. As it turns out, we bought during our first visit, which surprised Scarlett as much as it did us. But it goes to show she was looking at building a relationship not a quick sale. In the end it worked out for both of us.

Buyer reviewScarlett is knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I tend to ask specific and sometimes excessive questions about a property and the home buying process. Scarlett promptly, politely, and very clearly answered all of my questions and concerns. She took the time to understand my wife and I- not just what we said we were interested in, but what she knew from her experience what we would actually need. At no point during the home buying process were we forgotten or any details overlooked. During home visits she always gave us 100% of her attention and respect, and she never seemed in a rush. Her availability was always flexible to work with our schedules and she was never running late. Scarlett is genuinely a great person, and I frequently recommend her to friends and coworkers.
