Seller reviewScarlett was extremely quick and efficient in tending to all of my questions, emails and communications. Her marketing flyers and online advertising was excellent. She made the sale of my condo seamless. I would highly recommend Scarlett to friends and family and also use her again if I need a broker.

Buyer reviewThe purchase of the Periwinkle property is the 4th real estate transaction that I have worked with Scarlett Williams. Selling my current home will make it 5. I find Scarlett a pleasure to work with because she is: knowledgeable concerning the local market, honest, easy to access, and delivers results. I have worked with many other agents in other parts of the country. Although they were good , none compare to the absolute professionalism displayed by Scarlett Williams in all aspects of a real estate transaction.

Seller reviewIn what could have been a very stressful time Scarlett made the whole process realitively easy. She was always quick to respond to our needs and bought all the parties together. She showed attention to detail and always made sure my wife and I were always kept informed by going that extra mile, To be honest, we do not remember talk to anyone else in the office. In fact we never went into it. We initially phoned the office a year before hand. They sent Scarlett round to see us. We had along talk, she put no pressure on us. We thought about it and went back to the UK. Upon our return we phone her up, and she took it from there Scarlett was always professional in all matters, having a good relationship with all other parties involved in the sale, being it the buyers,agents, title company, accounts and everyone else involved. Together with using her experience, it made it all all work to our advantage. I think it's all been said. We do keep in contact with a couple of people who live in the building where our condo was, and if they decide to sell we would not hesitate to recommend them to Scarlett.

Her knowledge, recommendations, interest in us as buyers and ability to uncover what our interests were was key. We could not have asked for a better experience. Scarlett was always ready and willing to show us properties we asked to see and always recommending properties as well. She was AMAZING! Fantastic. No issues. Great experience I can't say enough about Scarlett. As 1st time Home Buyers she walked us through the process in a way I feel no other agent would. GREAT experience.
