She uses her knowledge to both guide and assist; she discusses the offer and advises the client in a way that shows she understands his/her/they way of thinking & provides insight about the real estate market as it relates to the offer. She considers all things such as EMD, purchase price, closing and other incentives as a package and submits an offer accordingly. Schandale should have her own course teaching other real estate agents about etiquette and professionalism. Schandale is awesome; she will make you feel as if you're her only client & she gets things done! She is organized and very knowledgeable about all things real estate.
