I could not be any more appreciative and grateful for all the help and guidance that I received from Scott! I blasted him with listing upon listing and he sent listing upon listing! He never wasted a minute of my time showing me the listings I sent him that he could see in the details that house was not for me. He didn't just say no good, he explained all the reasons why. If I was still adamant about seeing it, he made the time, and never coerced me into disliking the listing. He was very supportive and knowledgeable, I felt very sure of the decision I made to move on to the next house, and never made me feel like "he told me so". Scott worked tirelessly to help me find what I needed, emailing me listings from the office after hours. Scott was fun and we had an awesome dynamic through the hunt. Scott always worked around my schedule and never once canceled or made any sort of excuse to not show, and was always early or on time and very reachable. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart like he was my Brother just making sure to always point me in the right direction. He put me in touch with a fantastic broker and Lawyer which were as thorough, available and attentive as he was. There was never an iota of pressure to use them it was just more information he had for me. I always hear these nightmare stories about buying a house and the terrible closing experiences... I am happy to say, that because of Scott I will never know that and we found the perfect house for me and my family! I would t change a single thing about this whole experience!

This has been our now 4th time dealing with Scott Burger in buying and selling. Scott helped( dad look for a Condo for a few years. When we found this one, we moved dad in, and Scott was incredible at getting dads house then sold. Unfortunately, Dad suddenly passed in September. Scott sent my family food, and even came to pay respects at the wake. We were very grateful to have had such a caring person to deal with. On a professional level, Scott went above and beyond anything that would have been even remotely expected. After being suddenly responsible for now selling dads new condo, we of course chose to go with Scott again. What a blessing. He had it sold in just a few days. He even came over with a trailer and helped my brother and I move the bbq over to my brothers place! Seriously, selling (and buying) with Scott Burger is an experience not to be missed. In this day and age there are so many realtors out there- and so many really good ones- choosing one can be difficult.
