I took a unexpected and last minute trip to Hayden Idaho over the holidays and asked Scott to show me some homes around Hayden Lake. My son and daughter in law live in Hayden and are expecting their first baby.I wanted to relocate there to be near them. Scott made himself readily available. My plane was delayed due to weather and I was stuck on the tarmac. We were able to identify several properties via text messages for me to see the next day. Scott showed up on time and had made appointments for every property I was interested in. I made an offer on one property but the seller and I couldn't agree on price. Scott felt the property was over priced and suggested I abandon the sale. With Scott's help I ended up negotiating a sale on another property that ended up being so much better. The appraisal came in 15 thousand dollars higher the the sale price! Scott even negotiated some furnishings. During the whole transaction Scott was professional, friendly, consistent, knowledgeable, communicative, and met very deadline. He even referred a good painter for me. I buy mortgage loans on the secondary market for a living and have seen my share of deals that because of buy sell contracts or unknowedgable realtors the loan becomes unpurchasable in the end. Scott was amazing through out the whole transaction. My brother is moving to Northern Idaho in the near future. I have already recommended Scott to be his realtor. Scott also sold my son and daughter in law their first home. They plan on upgrading in two years and will also use Scott. It looks like Scott will be our family realtor!
