Scott is a competent real estate professional. His marketing to five offers in excess of the asking price. The sales price was 14% higher than my asking price and 60% more than I paid for the property three years earlier.

Scott has been wonderful to work with. My circumstances were not so easy and yet he always "heard" me. He worked with my time line and was incredibly patient. When the time was right he helped me make some hard decisions during a time when the market is not easy to navigate. But the goal was to always come out on top, even when we encountered some bumps in the road. Scott worked hard at his end so that mine was seamless.
