We first started working with Scott a little over a year ago. We were out of State buyers looking for a rental/vacation property. Scott was a referral from a friend. We called him on Labor Day weekend and shared with him our interest in moving to Montana. We told him what was important to us and although we are not ready to pull the trigger ( so we thought), we would appreciate his time while we were there for a week's vacation to show us some houses and share with us his HONEST opinion about the areas we were looking at. We also told him lunch would be on us as we wanted to be respectful of his time. We did our research and sent Scott the locations we wanted to see. He set up the showings for us and what we thought would be just one day, turned into ALL WEEK with additional showings, looking at properties with us as well and by Thursday of that week, he helped us with an offer! In addition to that, Scott met us for drinks one night as well to celebrate AND came to our rental property to pick me up and take me to the car rental location at the airport as my rental car had a flat. Overall, Scott was amazing from beginning to end with this entire process. He connected with us on a few occasions before we arrived in Montana and made himself available all week to help us. He was sincere, honest and we now consider him a true friend and look forward to spending more time with him and his wife when we return to discuss building plans for our lot and when we are permanent residents of Montana as well.
