Seller reviewSelling this particular property was tough as it was the sale of dad's home that recently passed away. Scott made it as easy as possible for myself and my brother to get through this. Scott was always professional and always understanding. He always answered any and all questions promptly. We had some bumps in the sale due to estate issues and Scott was always there to help walk us through what needed to be done. For these reasons (and many more), I wouldn't hesitate to use Scott's services again and would highly recommend to friends and/or family.

We talked to a few agents but after 1 call with Scott we chose him! I found him on the Dave Ramsey page for vetted realtors/agents! Our best decision was choosing Scott because after him everything else fell into place. He helped us find our lender & answered all of our questions! We were happy when our property was sold not long after and we were very satisfied with the sale. Scott and his team handled everything. It was a pleasure every time we were in contact with Scott and Rhonda, they were always so genuine and friendly. They never made us feel like we weren't important enough to take time for because our property wasn't going to bring in ten's or hundred's of thousands of dollars in commissions for them. These are good folks and they go the extra mile.
