As someone who works in the real estate industry, and has for 15 years, it would have seemed logical for me to handle this all on my own. However, in this hyper competitive Sellers market, it was important to me to have someone working for me outside or the norm. My wife and I were looking for a very specific home in a very specific area and had been looking at homes as they came on the market without much luck.
