Seller reviewThere is a competency factor with Scott that you usually don't get with other realtors. Scott definitely knows how to ask to get your listing but he really knows how to negotiate and get you the best possible deal when selling or buying a home. Its obvious he knows how to talk to the other agents to get the deal done. In short, Scott is a complete professional. Don't make the mistake of using someone you know to buy or sell your house just because you get a small discount from them. Buying or selling you home is too big of a deal to have done wrong. Scott maximized my profit on both my sale and purchase and more than made up for the commission that he earned. Thanks you Scott and Century 21 Sheetz!
