Seller reviewScott Mertz did an absolutely fantastic job start to finish. The effort involved purchasing, subdividing and reselling the property. Scott's decades of experience, knowledge of available resources and proactive approach were critical in getting this done. When issue arose during the process he handled them quickly and effectively. I have purchased and sold dozens of properties, but have rarely experienced the quality of service provided in this transaction. I would highly recommend Centre 21 Mertz & Associates.

Would definitely say he did a very good job for us, especially with having to deal with the shut down because of the virus.
