This was an estate sale through a local attorney's office and Scott knew the process to deal with the attorney's office. We had two offers in less than a week. Closing couldn't have gone any better!

Seller reviewAfter weeks of providing Mum's end of life care, I needed to sell her house. My cousin a native and resident of Johnstown suggested Scott Morris. He arrived at Mum's house on time and in a suit. Obviously, he was a professional. When he told me the number of houses he sells per year, I knew my cousin had done me a favor by suggesting Scott. He knew as I did the price of the home is the key to selling it. Scott set the right price and we had a contract in about a month! Scott managed the whole process while I returned to Texas. He treated Mum's house as if it were his own. He even put the window screens in when the weather warmed. Scott's professionalism was only out-shined by his calm and kind nature. If you need to sell or buy a home in the Johnstown area, I highly recommend Scott Morris.
