As a retired United States Marine, serving in both the Gulf War & Operation Iraqi Freedom, and having spent 23 years in the Marine Corps, I am honored to assist clients in the Onslow county area. As a result of my career in the United States Marine Corps, I understand the stresses that are involved when buying and selling your home. Seller reviewScott was on top of it from the start. This was the first time I flipped a house and he had it under contract before we even finished the house. Fast and professional. Katie at his office was also very helpful. If it was not for the hurricane we would have bought it and closed it within 30 days. Very impressive. Would recommend him 100 times over.

Buyer reviewA peer of mine came for house hunting 3 weeks before my wife and I were scheduled to come to NC. My friend said Scott was a no BS kinda guy who knew the area well and would not sugar coat housing potentials and associated neighborhoods. That is why we went with Scott. If he sold ketchup popsicles I would buy them with white gloves on. Joking of course. Scott is a man who was relatable since I am in the armed forces, so our personalities are like-minded. He was also able to answer all my wifes questions and treated us as though we were family. When we arrived in town on a Wednesday and had 10 houses to look at on Thursday, Scott was willing to show us around all of Jacksonville and Richlands personally, he even bought lunch! We learned a lot about the area and were very pleased when we decided on our house. Katie Kosma filled in when Scott was unavailable. She was very helpful when conducting the inspection and repairs process. She is an invaluable asset to Scott and 21 century's team.

I knew that with his personal experience he would be able to understand my position and help me through the process prior to getting home and after returning. Scott was very helpful throughout and had timely answers to any requests or questions I had. Katie has gone out of her way to help with everything she can. From preparations for closing to final walkthrough and scheduling cleaners to get me all set after closing.

Seller reviewScott's assistant was great too. Always ready to help and keep us informed of the progress. The staff was always so nice . That is hard to find in a professional office now days! I did go in the office one day, all the staff was nice in greeting me! It made me feel comfortable and welcome. Scott is just an all around great person! You can't be taught to be like he is, you have to be born with it! Well, Scott has what it takes! The professionalism and knowledge of his business and the clients he deals with!
