As a retired United States Marine, serving in both the Gulf War & Operation Iraqi Freedom, and having spent 23 years in the Marine Corps, I am honored to assist clients in the Onslow county area. As a result of my career in the United States Marine Corps, I understand the stresses that are involved when buying and selling your home. Over a period of 6 months Scott showed us multiple properties and submitted offers for us as we navigated the ever-changing market. Buyer reviewWhen I decided to start looking for a realtor, I wanted someone who would understand me and not be pushy with homes I clearly wouldn't fit well in. I also didn't want someone who would be annoyed with me being picky. I found Scott Morrison online and saw that he has great reviews, he's a retired Marine, and many people recommended him. After the initial phone call, I knew I wanted to work with him. Over a period of a few months he spent a lot of time vetting neighborhoods, politely explaining why some things couldn't work, looking into flood zone maps, keeping me updated, and sending me houses he thought matched what I was looking for. We looked at a lot of houses, some more than once, and he never seemed annoyed at my constantly changing mind. This was my first time buying a house and I had no idea where to start or how the process worked, but Scott and his team took care of everything and guided me through each step. I thought I would be more stressed out, but I can honestly say I've had more anxiety over buying a vacuum than I did buying a house. Scott and Katie were wonderful and I will use them again.
