My wife and I had previously dealt with Sweyer & Associates when we were buying a home. Shirley Morrison was our agent and she was outstanding. When we sold our home we again used Sweyer & Associates and we worked with Scott Morrison as our agent. Scott was an outstanding realtor in all regards. He pays attention to detail but doesn't dwell on minutia. He had an acceptable offer for us on our house in less than 90 days from putting the house on the market, we closed in less than 120 days.
