We used their services to purchase our home a couple of years ago and now for selling, they were awesome both times. Really meant a lot to us as we go through the stressful time of settling into a new community. They made the move as easy as possible! Seller reviewWe used Scott and Molly to sell our home and purchase a new one and they were excellent on both sides. Initially we met them and then decided not to sell for awhile and they did not push us one bit and we really appreciated that they respected our timeline. We liked dealing with both of them because Scott is so great with honest feedback on homes (the good and not so good of a home) and Molly was great with document details and answering questions (they're a perfect team). They were very accessible at all times and we really felt like they represented us very well. Scott and Molly went the extra mile for us multiple times during our time with them. During our final walk through, we had our toddler with us and Scott and Molly both came to the walk through and were more than thorough while my husband and I were entertaining our son and we really appreciated that. We absolutely recommend them to anyone because they are so kind, trusting, and "on your side" and we will use them again for sure! Thanks Scott & Molly!
