Seller reviewBottom line is Scott was always there when we needed him. He went over and above the call of duty several times when negociations were taking place. He even recommended some contractors to take care of some minor repairs to help expedite the process. During the negociations Scott was always fair, honest, and upfront with our expectations and when things got dicy with the buyers making unreasonable demands, he was in our corner addressing them and keeping the process moving forward. I would highly recommend Scott. He's an ace.

The buyer was not an easy person to deal with, I was very thankful that Scott dealt with her and I did not have to.
