Our house sale was because of health issues, we hated to leave our lake home, but it was a necessity. We chose Scott because of his honesty and integrity. He handled everything very professionally yet he was extremely personable and patient with us. Our sale took a long time yet we knew Scott was on our side and fighting for us the whole time. We felt God blessed us when our house sold and we know Scott was a large part of that. We would tell anyone that they could be proud to have Scott helping them to sell their home. Scott lives on Williams Road. Everyone I talked to about is sales reputation was very complimentary. Having met him I was confident he would be very, very good. A true professional real estate agent in every way. Best we have ever dealt with by far! We had a deal fall through and Scott was with us all the way through the grief and on to the selling process again immediately. Always there when we had questions or needed suggestions. Scott went from someone we knew of to become what we consider a real friend. Our son now lives in Bemidji and when the time comes for him to buy a house Scott will be the person to go to!
