Seller reviewI appreciated Scott's input on the asking price in our initial conversation , he had done his homework and explained to us why he felt we should list it for $XXX,XXX. Scott was always prompt, clear, courteous and concise with anything he wanted us to do that would help sell the house. He kept us informed of everything that was going on in the process of selling our home. And he handled a "minor crisis" as the closing approached with aplomb. Scott is one of the most professional people I have worked with lately and I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend Scott Pearson to anyone looking for a realtor!
