Sean Reid did a fantastic job in our purchase of a new home. Sean made the experience very easy and fun for us.

During the time of my home buying process, Sean Reid was the one to swiftly and securely get me into my home. He made sure I was happy and keep me updated with every move made during the process. Sean was sure to speak to me by phone when he needed something from me to complete the process. Sean was very patient and caring throughout the entire process. He made sure all deadlines were met to get me into my home as quick as possible. I don't know what I would have done with out him! Sean is beyond great at his profession and I was blessed to have worked for him!

Sein Reid provided excellent Customer Service. He continually assisted me through this process. He visited the home, helping with the inspection process. He contacted me on each step of the way. He kept me informed and was extremely knowledgeable. There were times through this process that I became discouraged, but he provided support, communicated to me and others when needed. He is an excellent Realtor and I will highly recommend him to family and/or friends. If it wasn't for his assistance, I would have not purchased this home.

I've never sold a house before, and I felt like Sean Reid walked me through each step of the process very professionally, and was very helpful. Sean was great at following up with me and keeping things moving according to schedule, without being pushy or annoying. I work long hours, and wasn't able to be at the property being sold very much, but I felt comfortable knowing that Sean was there taking care of things. I feel like he went out of his way to make things go smoothly, which I appreciated very much. Sean did an excellent job locating interested and qualified buyers, despite the "as is" condition that the home was in. Sean was good at focusing his (and my) attention on the things that mattered, and not worrying about the things that didn't. Considering the condition of the property, I was pleasantly surprised at how many interested buyers Sean located, and how quickly the property sold. My overall experience related to the sale of home was EXCELLENT!!! Sean went above and beyond the call of duty with this particular sale. And I couldn't believe how quickly he closed escrow, and how fast I received funds from the sale. I would definitely recommend Sean Reid to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
