Seller reviewI contacted Century 21 and Shaila Luciano-Wong was referred to me. . .a great recommendation by the office. Shaila was willing to listen to my questions and always came through with good answers. I highly recommend her for long distance sales. Shaila went the extra mile to resolve any small issues which arose during the sale of the property. Two months after the property was first listed, the sale was completed!!! This was not my first experience with selling property, but it was one of the best. Shaila made it a pleasant experience. Shaila was In Florida, I was in Illinois. . .she was an excellent communicator. I was a part of all decisions. I would like to add that someone at the Sarasota offices set me up with Shaila and was a very fine initial contact person who checked to be sure that the match was satisfactory. I bought this condo at Century 21 in 1998 and it was only natural to return there in 2019. Good choice both times.

She responds right away and definitely caters to her clients. She spent her whole Saturday with us looking at homes, and would schedule several showings for us to go see. I would absolutely recommend Shaila as she is very patient and personable. It was a pleasure to work with her and we are truly happy with our new home.
