Shalane Gee was outstanding throughout the entire process of buying a house. When we were looking at properties she was attentive to our comments and asked questions to help her understand what we're looking for. She showed us a couple of houses that were different than what we communicated at the start and that was what we ended up purchasing. She provided us a short, easy to follow checklist of things we needed to do once the offer we made on the house was accepted and she professionally checked on us to see that we were on track or if we needed any help. Following the house inspection she helped us understand our options to address things with the seller and held them accountable to what we both had agreed to. From start to finish the entire process was a positive experience for us because of Shalane's commitment, experience, local knowledge and professionalism.
