I relocated from California with my family and 4 children 24 years ago to Cape Coral, Florida. It was one of the best decisions I have made in my lifetime. I have enjoyed raising my kids in SW Florida and watching them grow and excel in both academics and sports. I have been fortunate to have been a full time mother and part-time realtor for the past 20 years. Now that my children our grown I can now devote all my time and energy to being a full-time Realtor. My goal is for other people to have the same great experience I have had living in SW Florida with the great schools, programs,weather and community.

I thoroughly enjoyed working with her throughout the entire journey of buying my property! Above reproach! I checked on line on her recent sales and listings in immediate area plus comments. Shamra communicated well and was always prompt in responses to any questions. She was a great help in establishing the best and most competitive listing price for the property. When contracts were offered she gave excellent feedback and advice with respect to our wishes.
