For over two decades, I've had the privilege of helping people find their dream homes and achieve their real estate goals. As a lifelong resident of the Tri-Cities area and a graduate of ETSU with a degree in construction engineering technology, I combine my deep love for this community with a strong technical background to deliver the best results for my clients.

I have been blessed to be a top agent in my office for several years, but my true passion lies in the relationships I build along the way. Whether I'm working with first-time buyers or experienced sellers, my goal is always the same: to provide personalized service and guidance to ensure a smooth, successful transaction.

Fresh out of college I was the building inspector for the Town of Jonesborough . This experience gave me a unique, in-depth understanding of property integrity and construction quality, further benefiting my clients. My extensive knowledge of investment properties, including not only single family homes, but also short-term rentals, long-term rentals, and multi family complexes, allows me to offer invaluable insights to both buyers and sellers. In addition, I manage rentals across our area, giving me hands-on experience in property management and investment strategies.

I've built strong relationships with local vendors, other real estate-related businesses, and construction professionals, ensuring that every transaction is as seamless as possible. Born and raised in this area, I have an intimate knowledge of the Tri-Cities and its unique charm.

For my family, the real estate industry has always been a way of life. My husband and I are proud business owners in our community and have renovated several homes over the years.
