Meet Shane Phillips Hey everyone! I'm Shane Phillips, the broker and owner of Century 21 Adams-Harvey & Associates. I've been helping people find their dream homes since December 2006. My journey into real estate began when I received my license while working at the Yamaha Music Manufacturing plant in Thomaston. Little did I know, just a couple of months later, the plant would announce its closure, leaving us all looking for new paths. In June 2007, when the plant closed its doors for good, I took a leap of faith and went full-time into real estate. It's been an incredible journey ever since! I started my career at ReMax in Motion but soon found my home at Century 21 Adams-Harvey & Associates. In 2012, I had the opportunity to purchase the company from the amazing Tommy and Martha Adams, and it's been a privilege to carry on their legacy. I'm a proud attendee of the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs! ) and an alumnus of Mercer University. When I'm not working, you'll probably find me cheering on UGA football, relaxing on the beach, travelling somewhere I've never been, or diving into a good book. But my true passion? Helping people like you with all of their real estate needs. There's nothing quite like seeing the joy on a first-time homebuyers face when they finally get the keys to their very own home. Seller reviewShane is a family friend of my wife and I also knew Shane from attending high school together. Shane definitely has his hand on the pulse of the real estate market in the local area. His assessment of what price to list the property was spot on which resulting in almost immediate offers of which one was accepted. Although, the first accepted offer fell through before closing, it wasn't due to anything in regards to the agent or agency. Shortly after the initial offer was dropped there was another similar offer on the table which resulting in a closed sale.
