Buyer reviewMy mother, at age 81, decided it was time to sell her farm as it was becoming too much to manage and she wanted to be geographically closer to her children. Shannon Clark was able to understand my mother's need of a smaller yard, one story floor plan with enough space to have family over, quiet neighborhood, and garage. Shannon selected a small number of appropriate homes within the budget my mother set, never tried to encourage more spending than mother was comfortable with and arranged to see the homes all on the same day to reduce mother's need to travel. Once the home was selected, Shannon worked to make sure that the closing of the new home coincided with the sale of the farm so mother could have all of the business transactions done in one place at the same time. Shannon provided a lot of reassurance and made the process much easier than it might have been.

Seller reviewShannon was patient with the concerns that arose with divorced parties, she handled it very calmly. Covid was a problem, but with patience and understanding Shannon guided people through the house and let them know masks were necessary for procedure. Shannon got back to me quickly with every offer and every showing, to let me know if they made an offer. Shannon's skill at negotiating was great. I, am so very pleased with how this turned out!! Will never do business with anyone but Shannon Clark at Century 21!
