Buyer reviewShannon was the only agent that was willing to put the effort into helping my low income status and provide access to resources to help my position. She also was very considerate of my situation as a hard working mom and put those considerations into finding our perfect forever home. I never once felt as though I could not reach out to Shannon regarding ANYTHING. All other staff were very accommodating especially when Shannon was out of town and I had a surprise visit and wanted to show the house. Another agent stepped in and met me at the house in a timely manner.

She is EXCELLENT at her job! She can multitask and take care of several clients at the same time and still make everyone feel that they have her undivided attention. It is incredible to watch her do her magic!! Shannon did an amazing job with my negotiations. I got everything I wanted in the contract. I wouldn't have gotten the house that I wanted without Shannon. No one else could have done it. I know that for a fact. Shannon was incredible with my negotiations. The buyer's agent was horrible!! She wouldn't return calls, got info incorrect. Shannon was amazing and kept contacting her till she got answers for me.
