Buyer reviewWe did this purchase long-distance as my wife and I live in Jacksonville, FL. We had several properties in mind that we discussed with Shannon, and she was wonderful, giving us information not included in the realtor.com description of the property, including steering us away from a property that had a large portion of protected wetlands. The property that we selected had to have property boundaries set, as a neighbor was clearly using part of the property. Shannon answered all questions, went out and took pictures and video, and even after the sale, has continued to assist us with other things. I will happily endorse Shannon to any friends considering purchasing property in the area. She was not only a fantastic realtor, but she also advocated for us and got the property for us at the exact price that we wanted.
