Buyer reviewEven though we had been through the process of buying a house before, this time was a little different for us because of the fact that it was a multi-family property. Shannon was extremely helpful in answering questions and diligent in finding out the answers that required more research. Shannon also stood out in the way she communicated with us, the seller, and the bank throughout the process, often sending out emails to all parties to see if she could help in any way and to help the process move along. We didn't have to "wait" to hear from her, she was always staying in communication and moving things towards closing. Without a doubt, one of the most enjoyable and easiest experiences we've had in real estate.

She had a great reputation in responding to questions, listening to home buyers needs, responding quickly and effectively, as well as being polite and caring throughout the process. Shannon had great knowledge of all our interested properties and even made suggestions of other properties based on our needs. During tours of homes she even made suggestions of future remodels based on our family needs. She also helped set us up with the home inspection and home owners insurance. Shannon always responded to every single question we asked within a timely manner. She was able to schedule appointments quickly for tours and worked around our crazy family schedule. We would recommend Shannon to anyone and everyone looking for a new home or selling theirs.
