Seller reviewShannon was great!! We moved out of the area before selling our house and she was always reachable by phone or email and knew exactly what we needed to sell quickly. Our house sold within a month and all the paperwork was received in a timely manner. Shannon answered all of our questions and dealt with all of our concerns in a professional manner. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Buyer reviewShannon helped us find and purchase our first home while I was very pregnant with our first child. It was a high pressure situation and Shannon helped us immensely. When we were ready to start looking for a bigger home (now that we have 3 busy boys), Shannon was the first person we called because she was so great the first time around. Again, during our second home purchase (and first home sale) Shannon was great during the entire process. It was the holidays and we all had a LOT going on, but Shannon was there the whole way through. She advocated for us during the long waiting periods and made sure everything was on track. Amazingly, everything worked out well! Thanks again Shannon. :)
