With over five years of experience I have thoroughly enjoyed being able to assist clients achieve their goals and dreams.I am a real estate broker who enjoys helping buyers, sellers, new builders and even snow birders get to where they hope to be. After being introduced to the Zionsville community in 2007 by my husband I fell in love with a the small town feel and knew immediately I wanted to part of such an amazing community working for such an amazing company like CENTURY 21 SCHEETZ! All though I have lived in Indiana my whole life, Zionsville is a great place to call home. My husband and I have two children who attend Zionsville Community high school and are extremely supportive in my love for helping others. You can always catch us in the fall festival parade and participating in the fun. My pure love for helping others has made me driven, business oriented and professional. I have been in the customer service industry for quite some time. Coming from a young background in restaurant management and service I have also been a part of helping my husband run his own business for the past 8 years. I take great pride in the knowledge and experience I have gained being in the residential real estate world. It is fun, challenging and exciting. Buyer reviewWe were looking for a property in Carmel's City Center area, and found one on Zillow that we liked. We were in California, and contacted Shannon Lyons through Zillow. She was very responsive to our request for a showing of the property with our son. They were touring the property within a day or two and providing photographs and feedback. While that property didn't work out, Shannon continued to help us until we found the perfect condo for our needs. We were able to work together to make the purchase and work through a quick closing. Shannon was always available for questions or concerns. With the time-zone difference, we called her quite late a couple of times. She was always available to help no matter the time. I totally recommend Shannon. She was great for us and will be for you too!
